FAQ’s about the Users Group
What expenses are included in the registration?
- Hotel room: Double occupancy guest room and tax for the duration of the conference
- Airport transportation: To/from the airport with SuperShuttle services
- Breakfasts: Coupons will be issued for the duration of the conference that are redeemable at the Rojo Red restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel
- Lunches: included in registration and served in the Capitol View Terrace Room at the Sheraton Hotel on Sept. 21 and 22.
- Welcome cocktail reception: on Sept. 20 from 6:30 – 9:30 at the Sheraton’s Creekside banquet room terrace.
- Cocktails, dinners, and entertainment: included with your registration. A Hawaiian Luau on the evening of Sept. 21 from 6:30-9:30 at the Opus office, and an evening banquet on Sept. 22 from 6:00-8:30 at the Sheraton’s Capitol E ballroom.
What expenses will the participants have to pay?
- Airfare
- Should participant choose a single occupancy guest room then the participant is responsible for the difference at the reduced rate of $71 per night plus tax for the duration of the conference.
- You must pre-register any personal guest prior to the conference at your own expense.
- Taxi-cabs or limo services
- Breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outside the hotel or special requests that are not part of the prepaid buffets
- Incidentals: room service, gift shop, in-room amenities like mini bar, movies, Internet access, phone calls, etc.
- Note: upon check-in you will be requested to provide a credit card to cover the above-mentioned expenses.
What presentation topics will be offered?
- Please refer to the agenda link and on the electronic invitation for a complete list of topics that will be covered during our conference.
When will I have free time?
- There are scheduled breaks throughout the conference as well as a brief break before dinner events.
What time is check-in and check-out for the conference?
- Participants may check-in as early as Thursday, Sept. 20 at 3:00pm, and check-out is as late as 12:00pm on Sunday, Sept. 23.
- Participants may stay beyond the conference dates, but at their own expense.
