at 8:30 am on the following workday.
• Or you can speak with an after-hours operator who
will direct your call to an after-hours analyst right away.

are always answered. Usually they are answered within hours
of sending the request. The advantages that I find in communicating
with Opus Healthcare Client Services via e-mail are:
• If the need is not urgent, I can direct my request
to the person I know has been working on the issue, and not
have to repeat myself.
• E-mail responses give me an archive of training material
for recurrent support requests. For example, if I want to
remember how to change the discharge location, I have a copy
of the instruction e-mail in my archive.
Opus Healthcare Solutions maintains a written history of
service requests for future reference and in-house product
enhancement planning.”
